| DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
DEPOSIT POLICY: The function of the check deposit is to guarantee the reservation for a specified length of stay. The deposit is placed in the Grangerhouse escrow account. The amount of the deposit is $100, $200 or $300 per week, proportionate to the reservation of a studio/one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom unit. The reservation is assured upon receipt of a deposit check made out to Grangerhouse. Upon arrival, the amount of the rental is paid in full. The deposit amount is held and returned within two weeks after departure with a Grangerhouse escrow check, providing that there is no loss or damage to the rental unit. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event and for any reason a guest cancels their reservation, their deposit is forfeited. If, however, a guest reschedules for an alternate date and/or period of stay, one-half of their deposit is applied to the full rental cost of their stay. |
